The Great Migration is an annual migration of wildebeest and other animals from the Serengeti in Tanzania to the Masai Mara in Kenya. Its one of the worlds most spectacular wildlife events.The migration usually starts in July and ends in September.
The migration involves millions of wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, and other animals.
The animals follow the rains and the growth of new grass.
The migration is dangerous, with many animals dying from predation, disease, and exhaustion.
The animals cross the Mara and Talek rivers, which are infested with crocodiles.
